I couldn't believe how fast this thing charged. It holds a charge for quite some time, about the same as 2 AA batteries, but since it's rechargeable it pays for itself in no time. Especially if your controllers get a lot of play like mine, I was going through two batteries a week. This is a must have addition to your 360, I would buy an additional battery pack so you always have one fully charged and ready to go but you don't have to. You can just pop in the one with two AA batteries for a couple hours until the pack is charged up again. Highly recommended!
